Overtime Policy for Retainer Clients
All services under a retainer agreement are subject to the allocated hours designated within the client’s plan. Should services require additional time beyond the agreed retainer hours, the following conditions apply:

Overtime Rate: Any time exceeding the designated retainer hours will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour.

Payment Requirement: All overtime charges must be paid in full at the time of invoicing. Continuation of services on any open retainer account will not proceed until all outstanding overtime fees have been settled.

Maximum Overtime Allowance: A maximum of 10 hours of overtime per retainer period will be permitted. Any need for hours beyond this limit will require a new agreement or an adjustment of the client’s retainer plan.
By engaging in services under a retainer, the client acknowledges and agrees to these overtime terms and conditions.
