Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24/48hrs. If not, you will forfeit your booking fee and will have to re-book/reschedule your next appointment, if desired. Once an appointment is set, no other appointments can be booked for that time or date for anyone else, unless given the opportunity which is why I request 48hrs cancellation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
